As founder, owner and manager of Asset One Real Estate Company, Scott’s sold hundreds of properties all over Indianapolis and its suburbs.

After graduating from DePauw University, he began his real estate career by selling and leasing commercial and mixed-use properties. His years of managing complex commercial real estate transactions and thus achieving top sales results, provided a great foundation for his creation of Asset One Real Estate in 2000. With the formation and growth of his own company, Scott directed his career toward his true love of residential real estate and the unique personal experience of working with home sellers and buyers.

As a life-long resident of Indianapolis, he has a depth of real estate knowledge of all Northside and Downtown neighborhoods of Indianapolis including Meridian-Kessler, Broad Ripple, Meridian Hills, Butler-Tarkington, Irvington, Carmel, Westfield, Fishers, Zionsville, and Geist.
